Job Description:

• Manage and troubleshoot all network hardware and equipment, including routers, switches, wireless controllers, access gateways, VPN concentrators, etc. to ensure stable and reliable operation
• Proactive monitoring of customer networks
• Organize daily support tickets (incidents, service requests) and finish them in time, often in cooperation with other support teams, ISP and the customer
• Document hardware installation and troubleshooting procedures
• Document operational procedures
• Take the on-call duty role to provide 24/7 support for customers
• Assist senior team members to design and test network architecture designs
• Handling of corporate processes and requirements in incident, problem, change, release, configuration management

Qualification requirements:

• Great overview of networking
• Knowledge on CCNA level
• Understanding of network protocols
• Fluent communication in English- B2

Starting salary 1250€ gross/month depending on experience
