Job description:

We are looking for new member of our team who will be responsible for managing our projects with focus on transitions and making sure they are successfully completed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide quality checks of solutions in cooperation with service solution architect and project manager
• Perform kick-off meetings with requestor and Diebold Nixdorf internal teams
• Manage handover to operation acceptance
• Support onboarding of local partners or Diebold Nixdorf entities
• Customer communication on demand - irregular base
• Coordinate pilot and rollout knowledge transfer to local teams
• Creation of project documentation and transfer into operations
• Drives the efficiency and effectiveness of the transition management process
• Transition of new projects from the project team into the operation
• Support on technical standardization of incoming projects
• Support for areas and customer in case of architectural design and security approvals
• Preparation of changes in accord with ITL best practices
• Actively participates on continual service improvement activities

Required Qualifications:

• Professional experience with project management methodologies (preferably waterfall)
• Basic technical overview
• ITIL process know-how
• Ability to prioritize tasks and track progress
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• English language on fluent level- B2

Starting salary: 1900 EUR gross/month depending on experience
