Position Overview

We are looking for application administrators who will be taking care of solutions provided to our customers from banking and retail sector. Our team members from managed services have connected more than 250 000 endpoints to platform. We are providing administration and support of our internally developed applications, middleware containers and infrastructure. Applications were developed with intention to provide endpoint monitoring, software & distribution, inventory and complex business services management.

Duties and responsibilities

• Administration of Diebold-Nixdorf proprietary Linux and Java-based applications
• Providing support for all managed service customers on the global market (Europe, Americas, Asia regions)
• Operating middleware applications Kafka, ActiveMQ, Apache WS, Tomcat, JBoss/Wildfly, DN Java-based
• Performing standard activities utilizing corporate processes: major incident, complex change, request and problem management
• Maintaining known errors and knowledge base
• Working on 2-shifts model in 24/7

Requirements

• Experience with Linux and related technologies on an intermediate level
• Basic understanding of networking
• Able to communicate in English language (speak, read, write)
• Teamwork, consulting approach, assertively, customer orientation
• Willing to work on shifts

Starting salary 1200 EUR gross/month depending on experience
