Job description, responsibilities and duties

Position Overview
An Assistant manager provide direct assistance and reporting to managers. This role may require overseeing day-to-day operations within an organization, providing direct feedback to staff.

You are responsible for
• Office management – ensuring smooth run of the office and management of daily office management duties such as:Taking care of visitors in the company
Ordering in SAP application
Creating and updating organizational charts
Ordering office supplies and refreshment
Managing SharePoint site
Evidence of employees, documents etc.
Communication with facility management
Source Office Supplies
Preparation of Events in collaboration with the Event Management Committee
Managing necessary accesses
Post Management
Managing of internal recognition campaign
• Coordination/planning of meetings, calendars appointment, etc.
• Personal Assistant support to the Local Office Manager for Kosice Location and Global Vice President for Managed ServicesCoordination/planning of meetings, calendars appointment
Participation on Leadership Meeting, preparing agenda and creating Meeting Minutes
Organize Travel Arrangements
Produce Reports, Presentations and Briefs
Preparing of Internal and External communication announcement and preparation of internal Bulletin
Cooperation with Local HR and Back Office
Cooperation and support for Line Managers located in DN Kosice
• Communication with colleagues located in HQ in US, UK and Germany

Minimum salary from 1100 EURO

• annual bonus of 10% calculated on the basis of personal performance and company results
