Job description, responsibilities and duties
Position Objectives:
• Responsible for the provision of the configuration management service to a global managed services retail customer.
• Ensure the Configuration Management Database is proactively managed to support the service delivery (including change planning and impact analysis) and the account specific business needs.
• Ensure provision of accurate configuration information for assets to enable stakeholders to make the right decisions, at the right time and according the contractual obligations.
• Ensure that DN internal stakeholders maintain master data as defined, including providing training as needed.
• Complete verification of data quality e. g. configuration audits and prepare internal and customer reports.
• Update and maintain the bill of material (BOM - a product sales catalogue).
• Participate in the service reporting and service invoicing processes as needed, ensuring link between the volumes and invoices can be evidenced. Ensure delivery to any agreed KPIs and SLAs related to the service.
• Monitor end of life, max life and leasing data, providing recommendations to the Device Manager and other interested parties.
Operational Excellence:
• Act as the point of accountability for Configuration related deliverables.
• Oversee the end to end delivery in a proactive manner versus a reactive one.
• Maintain focus to drive client satisfaction & operational excellence, aligning deliverables with the customer culture and operational model.
• Act as a cohesive unit with counterparts and colleagues, maintaining a positive company image in front of the customer.
Continuous Improvement Process
• Proactively identify issues & seek mitigations for issues which result in reduction of customer satisfaction, missed deliverables or increased internal costs.
• Proactively set up and follow a CSI plan, driving improvements and corrective actions with customer stakeholders and individual service delivery units.
Project to BAU
• Proactively monitor new project / deliverables before entering BAU, to ensure a smooth handover in relation to configuration management activitiesGood technical understanding.
• Highlight potential issues within the service design and/or project and work with the project team to resolve any issues before handover to BAU
This role can be based REMOTELY anywhere in Slovakia.

• Starting salary from 1600 EUR gross / month depending on experience
• Annual bonus of 10% calculated on the basis of personal performance and company results
