Senior Cash Analyst with German

You will be part of a new team, where you can grow and where you will be shaping and influencing the team.
As a Senior Cash Analyst you will work as part of a team responsible for forecasting the cash requirements for client ATMs and planning replenishment schedules to ensure the ATM estate has optimum levels of cash at all times. Additionally, you will act in a supervisory role overseeing the daily cash management activities taking appropriate action to ensure high levels of service and proactively monitoring performance levels and escalate as required.

You are responsible for
• To daily review the sections performance and adjust the forecasting parameters to ensure the team’s monthly SLA / KPIs are achieved
• Ensure this is communicated to the team and check that they have been correctly applied
• To produce monthly reports providing commentary to section manager on section performance.
• To provide second level support to rest of the team for customer issues ensuring resolution and communicate escalated issues to section manager
• To assist the section manager by leading, directing and motivating the team ensuring all section targets / workload is achieved
• To liaise with cash in transit (CIT) service providers to implement changes to replenishment cycles
• To deputise for the manager when the manager is not in the office acting as the first point of contact
• Focus on resolving all issues and escalate as required
• To ensure procedural manuals are continually kept up-to-date and accurately reflect working practices and are checked twice per year.
• To work with section manager to explore ideas how to further improve customer service and revise and implement section strategies.
• To provide cover during periods of work load peak, holidays or unscheduled absences for Cash Services team.
• To complete ad hoc duties and tasks allocated through the line management chain from time to time.

• Starting salary 950 EUR gross / month depending on experience
• annual bonus of 10% calculated on the basis of personal performance and company results
