Job description, responsibilities and duties

You are responsible for
• Account Service Readiness Manager is responsible for managing the ITSM processes in accordance to Diebold Nixdorf methods based on ITIL best practice, following Customer Account setup in Roll Out & Solution Mgmt., Transition & Transformation area
• Provide quality checks of solution in cooperation with Service Solution Architect and Project Manager
• Conduct, present, track and manage Services Fit Gap Analysis • Perform Services Readiness kick-off meetings with client and DN internal teams
• Manage Service Acceptance Tests
• Support 3rd party onboarding in cooperation with Supplier Management
• Support onboarding of local partners or DN entities
• Customer communication on demand - irregular base
• Coordinate pilot and rollout knowledge transfer to local teams
• Introduce New Store Opening (NSO) and COSIS (Install, Move, Add, Change) processes in the countries
• Drives the efficiency and effectiveness of the Transition Management process
• Is a customer-facing role
• Actively participates on Continual Service Improvement activities

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

• Excellent management, interpersonal, communication, presentation and organizational skills
• High stress resistance and effective reshuffling of prioritization based on urgency of incoming requests/escalations/issues
• Ability to think “out-of-the-box” and no hesitation to take an extra mile for high customer satisfaction
• 2+ years of Project Management experience
• Self-driven to achieve goals independently as well as work in an international team
• Ability to speak & write English B2
