The Quality Manager ensures that the organization complies with requirements of international standards and supports in improvement activities as well as process management.

You are responsible for

• Maintaining the service management system at Diebold Nixdorf.
• Ensuring that organizations within the scope of ISO 20000-1 certification are aware of requirements of this international standard and are implementing them.
• Preparation and execution of internal audits, coordination of content and schedule with the units to be checked, documentation and follow-up, reporting, tracking the implementation of measures from Findings.
• Preparation and supporting of external audits, coordination of content and schedule with the units to be audited and the certifier, reporting, documentation and follow-up, tracking the implementation of measures from Findings.
• Initiate and support all CSI activities
• Tracking implementation of countermeasures related to prior audit findings.
• Keep track of process changes and their potential impact on the scope of certification.
• Support organization in process management activities.
• Cooperation in customer and supplier audits

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

• Above average management, interpersonal, communication, presentation and organizational skills
• Self-driven to achieve goals independently as well as work in an international team
• 2+ years' experience working in an IT-Service Management environment
• 2+ years’ experience auditing according to management system standards (e.g.ISO 9001, ISO 20000-1, ISO 27000)
• Ability to speak/write English B2+ (German language is a plus)
• Personnel Certification regarding IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) and/or ISO 20000
• Personnel Certification regarding auditing
