What You Will Do
AI Enablement & Automation: Identify opportunities for AI to save time or create new value across the company. Implement real automations, build internal copilots and workflows, and drive the adoption of AI tools in daily work.
Business Impact: Build AI-assisted market research and lead generation workflows. Automate reporting, partner analytics, and support commercial documentation. Create internal knowledge copilots.
Operations & Product Support: Improve logistics and automate support/case handling for our DNA test product. Optimise coordination with our partners and partner laboratories. Scout new AI tools, run fast Proofs of Concept (POCs), and help design AI-enabled product features.

What We Are Looking For
Mindset: You are obsessed with learning new AI tools, constantly testing new concepts, proactive, self-driven, and focused on delivering real impact, thinking in terms of systems and automation.
Practical Skills: you have experience with some of the following:
LLM tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, etc.)
Automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, etc.)
Prompt engineering / workflow design
Data tools (Sheets, Notion, Airtable, etc.)
AI agents / copilots (nice to have)
Coding is a plus — not required.
Bonus If You
Follow AI Twitter/Discord/newsletters obsessively.
Build side projects or have experimented with AI agents.
