This position is for you if you are passionate about helping people and curious about digital health. Join our international team and support clients from around the world as they navigate medical services through our innovative platform. At Diagnose.me, you’ll play a key role in reshaping access to global healthcare. Experience in customer support, healthcare, or genetics is an advantage.
Your responsibilities will include:
Client Support
Guide and assist clients throughout the entire service process
Manage and monitor service orders from start to completion
Communicate with clients via phone, email, and live chat
Support MRI appointment scheduling and organize online consultations
Back Office & Case Administration
Ensure timely progress and completion of client cases and service orders
Manage medical documentation and internal workflows
Coordinate with logistics partners (e.g., handling and tracking test kits)
Collaborate with external partners to ensure smooth service delivery

Personality requirements and skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a high degree of empathy
- Full professional proficiency in Slovak (C2) and English (B2+)
- Additional languages (e.g.,Romanian, Bulgarian, Croatian) are a strong plus
- Confidence using Excel, Google Sheets, and standard office tools
- Ability to multitask and prioritize independently
- Previous experience in customer support, healthcare or genetics is an advantage
