Did you finish university and are you looking for an exciting job in a fast growing start up? - an international telemedicine and digital health company is expanding its team. Help us to take care of our international customers. As a telemedicine startup, we are looking for someone hard-working, responsible and with a big dose of empathy for our clients. Ideally, we are looking for people with medical background to support our clients not only in the process of arranging their case but also recommend the appropriate specialists for their condition or question.

You will be responsible for:
- Daily communication with clients
- Helping our clients with anything they might need
- Daily communication with our doctors and coaches
- Organizing meetings between doctors and coaches
- Taking care of Back Office and client cases
- Sending medical documents for translation
- Responding to client question through e-mail and live chat

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University student
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1) and Slovak - Proficiency (C2)

Other knowledge

Customer service - basic
Organizational ability - basic
Communication skills - basic

The position is suitable for a fresh graduate


Personality requirements and skills

- Excellent command of English (C1) and Slovak language (ideally native)
- Bulgarian, Croatian or Romanian language is an advantage
- Experience with customer support
- High level of empathy
- Previous experience in a medical field
- Organizational and communication skills
