Job Purpose At DHL Supply Chain, data is a key driver of operational excellence and informed decision making. As a Data Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, building, and maintaining robust data solutions that enable analytics and business insights across the organization. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, analysts, and data colleagues to ensure high quality, reliable, and scalable data pipelines that support data driven decisions.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and data models supporting operational, financial, and customer analytics,
• Transform, cleanse, and integrate structured data from multiple sources,
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability across analytics solutions,
• Support development of analytical models and advanced data use cases,
• Work closely with cross functional teams to gather requirements and deliver data solutions aligned with business needs,
• Ensure analytics deliverables are completed on time and within agreed scope,
• Contribute to strategic data initiatives and continuous improvement programs.

• Experience with cloud solution (MS Azure, Databrick, Snowflake) or similar
• Solid background in data processing, transformation, and modeling
• Strong experience with Python and SQL
• Practical knowledge of Power BI, DAX, designing and mapping data sets
• Analytical thinking and problem solving skills
• Familiarity with data integration, reporting, and analytics environments
• English language proficiency at a professional working level
