YOUR CUSTOMER is a Footwear accessories global brand, selling its products in 45 countries
YOUR TEAM is international, with human touch, focused on 'getting things done'
YOUR OFFICE is located right in the city center of Bratislava, in a comfortable office
YOUR ROLE is:
• Customer creation and order entry within ERP system
• Invoice entry, verification of invoicing data, issue invoices to business partner and control of customer payments
• Alignment on all required order fulfillment guidelines and information with logistic service provider/s (warehouse/forwarder)
• Communication (email/telephone/skype) with customer and sales agents to verify and optimize customer creation, order processing and invoicing
• Assessment and analysis of order, sales and customer data
• Generate monthly commission statements for respective sales agents
• Support of the sales operations team on outstanding receivables, tuning process and analysis of open receivables
• Daily work with 2 key computer systems: Netsuite (ERP), Xsellco (Customer Service platform)

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Business administration, Economics, Languages

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and German - Upper intermediate (B2)

Other knowledge

Business correspondence - advanced
Microsoft Excel - advanced
Microsoft Outlook - advanced

Personality requirements and skills

YOU SHOULD BE:
• Min. 2 years working experienced in customer / sales support or back office role
• Fluent English AND German, additional language is a plus
• PC literate, with ability to work with various software packages (e.g. MS Office, Netsuite, Xsellco)
• Confident in communication with customers, business partners, colleagues, leadership team…
• Have 'CAN DO' attitude
• Have strong customer care skills
• Have ability & willingness to resolve problems
