Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are seeking a tech-savvy senior ServiceNow Consultant to join our team. As a ServiceNow Consultant, you will be responsible for providing guidance to clients on the ServiceNow platform and implementing customized solutions that meet their business needs.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to assess their business processes and identify areas where ServiceNow can be used to improve efficiency and productivity
- Configure and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations to meet client requirements
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Service Catalog
- Provide guidance and best practices on ServiceNow implementation, customization, and administration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business analysts, to deliver successful projects
- Participate in project planning and execution, including developing project plans and managing project timelines and budgets
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive customer satisfaction and ensure repeat business
- Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow releases and updates to provide innovative solutions to clients

- Preferred knowledge of Application Development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, DML/SQL, Angular.JS, web services etc.).
- ServiceNow certifications, such as Certified Implementation Specialist, Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer...
- Soft skills – communication and presentation, analytical thinking, troubleshooting abilities and stakeholder engagement.
- IT education or relevant IT experience.
- Advanced English.
It is a plus to have:
- Proficiency in German.
