Job description, responsibilities and duties
At DevologyX, we are seeking a Vulnerability Management Analyst (All levels) for our client in the banking sector.

What you will do:
- Stay informed about newly published vulnerabilities and assess their relevance to the network and applications.
- Assist remediation teams in analysing reported vulnerabilities, evaluating false positives, and proposing mitigation measures.
- Guide remediation teams in adhering to the vulnerability management process.
- Continuously improve the vulnerability management process and platform in line with relevant regulations and standards (e.g., DORA).
- Operate, maintain, and enhance the vulnerability scanning infrastructure.
- Introduce new vulnerability scanning methods and technologies to address the growing attack surface and evolving threat landscape.
- Identify and analyse recurring vulnerabilities in the network and applications, as well as their root causes.

- Creative with strong analytical thinking skills.
- Confident communicator with effective teamwork abilities, fluent in English.
- Knowledgeable in networks and operating systems (e.g., Windows, Unix/Linux).
- Experience in vulnerability scanning, including container image and web application scanning.
- Familiarity with Tenable or comparable scanning tools, and the ServiceNow Vulnerability Response module is a plus.
- Basic skills in Python.
- Quick learner of new technologies, thriving in an agile-oriented environment with a flat hierarchy and open culture.
- Penetration testing skills and experience in exploiting vulnerabilities are beneficial.
