What does the role look like?

Your key responsibilities:
• Data Coordination and Analysis: Manage reporting and analysis requests for People Development data from various IT platforms such as skill management, learning, and performance management, ensuring necessary data interfaces are in place.
• Large-Scale Data Handling: Work with data for up to 140k employees, tackling challenges in data quality and unique data sets.
• Stakeholder Communication: Bridge the gap between business stakeholders (entities, HR departments, workers' council, etc.) and technical teams, translating reporting needs into actionable insights.
• Data Structure Mastery: Understand data structures, source systems, and the underlying purposes of various reports and dashboards.

We work in a HYBRID STYLE of working with an unlimited home office, but twice a week we meet in the office for meetings.
The published salary is the minimum possible offer. The starting salary may be higher depending on the extent of fulfillment of the employee's requirements (education, language skills, required practice, personality assumptions and skills).

What should you bring?
• At least 3 years of experience in reporting area
• Proficient in understanding and working with various data structures and reporting
• Basic technical knowledge of data models.
• Understanding of what IT applications can deliver in terms of data management and processing.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interface between technical reporters and requesters - Strong in storytelling with data
• Ability to collaborate with segment demand teams and works council.
• Basic understanding of data protection principles and regulations.
• Fluent in English language, proficiency in German is highly desirable, but not mandatory.
• Self-confident and able to assertively convey ideas and solutions.
• Proven experience in business consultancy - you can manage challenging reporting requirements and set a common standard for the company.
• Practical experience with SQL or Python for data querying and analysis
• Advanced in Excel
