Information
about the position

• Hire, lead and manage the team and be the first point of contact for the team and outside
• Support the team spirit and continuous development of knowledge and skills
• Responsible for services/solutions delivery to clients in agreed quality and quantity structure according agreed contracts and internal KPI
• Establish and maintain relationships with counterparts/clients and other stakeholders for effective communication
• Cooperate in projects, incl. identifying process optimization, opportunities and tasks in relevant fields and drives their implementattion
• Monitor and review KPIs with customer (performance and quality)
• Participate in escalation management
• Set up regular communication channels internally and externally
• Contribute to financial transparency of organization
• Support other projects e.g transitions
• Participate on ICS controls if needed
• Any other tasks assigned by the functional superior.

Personality requirements and skills

Education: University degree (Bachelor or Master) in Economy/Accounting

Experience: Min 3 years of experience in business service centers
Experience in process/project management and leading of projects
Experience in people management position

Language knowledge: English (fluent) and other language requested by customer

PC/IT skills: Experience with SAP (especially Modules SD/FI) beneficial
MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) advanced
