Job Content:

Internal communication
• Lead internal communication activities based on the communication strategy
• Maintain and further develop of internal communication channels (mainly: TV screens, internal corporate social network, newsletters, intranet)
• Support communiaction team (prepare key presentations, event preparation)
• Support other departments in terms of communication
• Prepare content for internal communiaction chanels (articles, graphics, ...)
• Actively search for interesting topics and communicate it accordingly

Events
• Plan external and internal events from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives based on the communication strategy
• Come up with suggestions to enhance the event’s success
• Prepare budgets and ensure adherence
• Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers
• Draft promotional activities and communication for the event
• Prepare / collect (from other departments) content for business related events
• Supervise staff (event coordinators, caterers etc.)
• Ensure event is completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur
• Analyze the event’s success and prepare reports

The salary for this position is from 1700 EUR gross. The published salary is the minimum possible offer.
The starting salary may be higher depending on the extent of fulfillment of the employee's requirements (education, language skills, required practice, personality assumptions and skills).
