ERP Senior Design Authority Expert
The Design Authority Finance decides on changes to the Finance process and data model of the One.ERP system landscape (the “Template”) and hence ensures its high level of standardization and its quality.The experts of the Design Authority Finance analyze and evaluate change requests concerning the Template, decide on the further proceeding and prepare necessary escalations both, within Finance and in cross-functional areas together with other Design Authorities. In addition, they pro-actively drive improvements to further increase standardization as well as business value of the Template.

Information
about the position
• Analyze, evaluate and within the defined scope of responsibility decide on business change requests concerning accounting-related financial processes and master data; if required, prepare and steer respective management decisions and/or escalations• Design and govern central design principles on accounting-related financial processes and master data in One.ERP
• Ensure a group-wide consistent mapping of similar transactions in the accounting-related financial processes and master data, if necessary, in cooperation with other Design Authorities
• Analyze and evaluate potentials for further standardization and/or process efficiency and develop and push corresponding measures and solutions
• Act as a bridgehead between the Design Authority Finance and Accounting entities of other One.ERP Stakeholders (Group, Segments, NatCos, Shared Service, …)
• Act as a bridgehead between the Design Authority Finance and the Design Authority IT Finance for all accounting-related topics
• Ensure regular information of and exchange with the international stakeholders
• Lead DA-internal projects or sub-projects
• Consult the Finance business leaders and the Head of the Design Authorities on issues in accounting related financial processes and master data in One.ERP.
The salary for this position is from 2500 EUR gross.
The published salary is the minimum possible offer. The starting salary may be higher depending on the extent of fulfillment of the employee's requirements (education, language skills, required practice, personality assumptions and skills).
We work in a hybrid style of working with an unlimited home office, but once a week we meet in the office in Bratislava for meetings.

Personality requirements and skills
Experience:
• At least 4 years experience as a project manager with responsibility for international large scale-projects
• Practical experience as line manage, e.g. employee oriented administrational processes such as recruiting, onboarding, training, benefits, motivation, functional steering of employees etc.
• Experience in SAP-related ERP processes and SAP ERP functionalities
• Experience with international companies
• Previous experience in consultancy and / or in the finance area of an TELCO company
• Strong leadership mentality including presentation- and communication-skills on mgmt. level
• Proven knowledge in project management standards (PMI methodology)
• Proven know-how on accounting and/or finance processes in the area of SAP with focus on finance and asset accounting
• Previous experiences with S4Hana topic
Language knowledge:
• English (fluent)
• German is an advantage
Personality requirements:
• High communication and moderation-skills
• Secure with critical, difficult or political situations
• Advanced organizational talent
• Readiness to travel
• Excellent presentation and mediation skills
• Strong problem solving attitude
