about the position
Purpose of the job: Deutsche Telekom has successfully ended in 2020 the One.ERP project - a strategic business and IT transformation program. We created an efficient and agile Enterprise Resource Planning System based now on standardized data models, - business processes and - IT for the entire One.ERP community. Our controlling team, CO ERP conducted the national and international rollouts to the various NatCos and segments within time, quality and budget. The rollouts focused on the implementation of standardized, integrated and automated controlling relevant processes based on SAP-/One.ERP template standard. With beginning of 2021, the team pursues its mandate seamlessly as line business.
Job content:
Our team handles the following domains:
Controlling Application maintenance – with a low share of business impact
Controlling Application development – with a medium share of business impact
Controlling part of major Telekom projects - with a significant share of business impact
Controlling Innovation projects – with a highest share of business impact
In the domain of project work you take over the controlling business-role and you will steer or lead or participate in the phases of assessment, design, test, cut over and get well. You are the interface between our customers and your IT-colleagues. You should be able to understand and write the controlling business-chapters of our technical design documents.
You shall fulfill the following tasks:
• Manage international and German virtual teams.
• Steer the IT units to design the technical solutions required by our customers.
• Build, steer and drive Task Forces to solve critical issues.
• Participate, present and defend your standpoint in local and central management meetings.
• Continuously monitor, evaluate and improve project-, demand-, ChangeRequest progress.
• Report to CO ERP product owner within One.Finance/One.ERP.
• Ensure production and deliverables in time, budtget budget and quality.
The salary for this position is from 3000 EUR gross.
The published salary is the minimum possible offer. The starting salary may be higher depending on the extent of fulfillment of the employee's requirements (education, language skills, required practice, personality assumptions and skills).
