about the position

Provides Procurement-related services with a focus on administration within Global operation
procurement organization:
• Clears up problems relating to quality and/or quantity of provided service area.
• Interacts / fulfils the role of 2nd level support
• Overview about other processes within procurement
• Knowledge of Corporate procurement policy and practices
• Ensures conformity with compliance rules
• Advises responsible/competent purchasers and/or internal customers on procurement-relevant
issues within his/her assigned process.
• Checks and analyzes data as well as further information as a tool for making decisions and
proposing improvements
• Able to provide trainings on particular process
• Provides autonomous support and delivers services in a particular procurement area within
global operation procurement organization.
• Brings the proposals of cost savings potential / process efficiency measures
• Product portfolio knowledge
• Preliminary negotiations with suppliers
• ITIL based process execution
• Overview and reporting preparation related to performed tasks based on requests
• Proper communication with internal customers and other
• Other tasks upon superior´s request

The salary for this position is from 1650 EUR gross.
The published salary is the minimum possible offer. The starting salary may be higher depending on the extent of fulfillment of the employee's requirements (education, language skills, required practice, personality assumptions and skills).

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Required experience

Operational procurement or IT related area

Personality requirements and skills

Experience: 3 years experience in Operational procurement or IT related area

PC skills: MS Office – Excel – advanced
MS Office – Word – advanced
MS Office – Outlook – advanced
SAP – advantage

Other requirements:
• ITIL process model knowledge would be of advantage
• International Service Desk experience is an advantage
• Good knowledge of web tools
• Flexibility and ability to react well under pressure
• Proactive attitude
