about the position

Purpose of the job:
Steering, coordination and implementation of Communication/Marketing activities in P2E service line. Steers, coordinates and implements Communication & Marketing Measures for P2E. Typically requires strong communication and marketing skills as well as ability to structure topics in a project setup, have a good business awareness and ability to develop relationships with P2E customers in order to gain additional business for service line P2E.

Job description, responsibilities and duties:
• Overall responsibility for Marketing and Communication strategy of P2E
• Performing of Presentation / Communication / Marketing activities for service line P2E
• Planning, Coordination and running of marketing and communication activities in the context
of national and international Plan to execute P2E Pre-Sales projects and process optimization
• Prepare content for internal communication and for external communication channels
• Coordinate communication team (prepare presentations and reports, cooperate on event
preparation, translations, etc.)
• Self dependent design and implementation of optimization measures regarding the entire P2E
reporting value chain
• Project activities (Agile / Scrum environment)
• Management of interface Requests (Controlling, Supplier Management etc.)
• Organisation and execution of administrative Tasks
• Work on other ad-hoc and regular requests/tasks

The salary for this position is from 1500 EUR gross.
The published salary is the minimum possible offer. The starting salary may be higher depending on the extent of fulfillment of the employee's requirements (education, language skills, required practice, personality assumptions and skills).

Requirements for the employee:

University degree (Bachelor or Master) in Economy/Accounting or Informatics

• Expected from 5 years and up of professional experience
• Proven Business Experience in project based communication / marketing (like Pre-Sales)
• Strong Presentation / Communication / Marketing Skills
• Good knowledge about process coordination and optimization
• Business experience with management information systems / reporting systems
• Business experience in controlling, accounting or management reporting beneficial
• Agile / Scrum project management experience (knowledge) beneficial

Language knowledge:
English (fluent) and German (beneficial)

PC/IT skills:
MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

Other skills:
