about the position
Purpose of the job:▪ Autonomous End2End development of complex RPA bot solution covering whole delivery lifecycle
▪ Delivery of RPA related services to Customers, such as Training, Consulting, Business Analysis
▪ Relationshop development with Customers and Business Partners
▪ Ownership, enhancement and enforcement of development and operation standards
▪ Analysis of advanced technologies and new POCs
▪ Active contribution to R&D for RPA solutions like ML/AI, Smart Data Extraction, APIs, VBOs
▪ Evaluation and realisation of process improvements to ensure cost reduction and increase of efficiency and/or quality.
▪ Bug fixing and change request deployment
The salary for this position is from 2000 gross.
The published salary is the minimum possible offer. The starting salary may be higher depending on the extent of fulfillment of the employee's requirements (education, language skills, required practice, personality assumptions and skills).

Experience:
▪ At least 2 years of Programming languages (Visual Basic .Net, C#, SQL) – mandatory
▪ Scripting languages Python/JavaScript/PowerShell – beneficial
▪ RPA experience with most common RPA tools (e.g. Blue Prism, UI Patch, Automation Anywhere) or with other process automation – beneficial
▪ SAP – knowledge about database/data fields/tables/report creations – beneficial
▪ Experience in the business processes and operations of a finance shared service centre – beneficial
▪ Consulting for internal or external customer – beneficial
Personality requirements:
▪ Ability to work independently and as well in team cooperation
▪ Strong analytical and conceptual skills
▪ Readiness to travel (up to 30%)
▪ Flexibility
▪ Responsible, high performance, result and customer oriented approach
