about the position

Purpose of the job:

As a member of the international transformation mgmt. team of DTSE, you will support large scale transformation projects for DTSE and its customers. Within your personal scope of duties, you will be responsible for the following issues:

•Set-Up and planning of projects (structures, organizations, phases, resources, budget, risk-mgmt. & reporting) according to PMI- & Agile-related methodologies
•Project lead of medium sized (sub)projects
•Supporting or leading tasks & activities in Agile environment, preferred with certification as a Scrum Master or/and Product Owner
•Analysis of processes and identification of optimization opportunities regarding efficiency and quality
•Setting up project management office
•Preparation of management presentations, status reports and documentations
•Tracking of action items and issues
•Risk management
•Communication to project team and relevant stakeholders
•Resource management
•Document management
•Further development of DTSE project standards and tools

The salary for this position is from 2500 gross.
The published salary is the minimum possible offer. The starting salary may be higher depending on the extent of fulfillment of the employee's requirements (education, language skills, required practice, personality assumptions and skills).

Requirements for the employee:

University degree of business administration, information systems or similar studies

• Minimum of 3 year experience in project management within an international company
• Solid experience in the design, standardization and implementation of processes and process improvements
• Proven knowledge in project management standards
• Experience with work in Agile environment
• Knowledge of SAFe organization
• Experience in consultancy and/ or in the finance area of an industrial company
• Experience in Finance/ Accounting, Procurement or HR
• Excellent MS office skills (PowerPoint, Excel)
• SAP – nice to have

Language knowledge:
• German (fluent)
• English (fluent)
