RPA Developer Junior (Maintenance team)

about the position

Purpose of the job:

•Performs a guided development under supervision
•Controls processes, checks and supports day to day running of robotic processes in the production environment
•Suggestion on process improvements to ensure cost reduction and increase of efficiency and/or quality.

Tasks:
•Daily operations and maintenance of bots in production environment
•Bugfixing and managing change requests
•Resolving customer tickets and requests
•Active and professional communication with the team and customers
•Partially development of bots
•Actively participate in optimizing the operations and maintenance processes
•Suggestion on process improvements to ensure cost reduction and increase of efficiency and/or quality.
•Actively participate in internal projects

The salary for this position is from 1500 gross.
The published salary is the minimum possible offer. The starting salary may be higher depending on the extent of fulfillment of the employee's requirements (education, language skills, required practice, personality assumptions and skills).
