Deutsche Telekom Services Europe (DTSE) is the internal service provider for Deutsche Telekom. We put priority on customer satisfaction, quality and innovations. This is enabled by DTSE’s six different functions, Technology Transformation Management (TTM) being one of them.

TTM department has the ambition to shape, drive and deliver the technology transformation of DTSE. As part of Technology and Portfolio Strategy (TEPOS) team you will work in combination of a leadership and technology role (technology role in two main technology related areas: Technology Governance and Technology Institute).

Job content:

• Technology Governance:
- Shape DTSE IT Landscape and Business Architecture.
- Provides professional consulting and proposals in the area of expertise (technology trends, IT landscape, landscape optimization).
- Initiating the assessment of as is landscape.
- Evaluation and realisation of landscape improvements to ensure cost reduction and increase of efficiency and/or quality.
- Driving decisions to target landscape.
- Exchanging with other Deutsche Telekom entities.
- Providing ideas for the new platforms and retirements and ensuring the execution.

• Technology Institute:
- Supports the team by providing professional consulting and bringing the ideas for new tools, assessments and technologies.
- Supports the market research, market comparison with other shared service centres and companies.

• Support the innovation of DTSE:
- Supports to define the innovation targets of DTSE.

• Close contact to IT Partner.

• Cooperates with and supports other projects running in DTSE.

• Leadership role:
- Functional leadership as senior technology architect.
- Support the team by providing professional consulting and guidance.
- Responsible for the results achieved.
- Escalation handling.

Areas of expertise:
• Understand and assess emerging technologies to shape the DTSE Technology landscape:
- SAP and non-SAP on premise/cloud solutions.
- Integration platforms.
- Automation tools (Front End Assistant).
- Artificial Intelligence (KNIME, ABBYY).
- Blockchain.
- Process Mining tools.

The salary for this position is from 3 000 EUR gross.
The published salary is the minimum possible offer. The starting salary may be higher depending on the extent of fulfillment of the employee's requirements (education, language skills, required practice, personality assumptions and skills).
