about the position
Purpose of the job:As Senior Controlling Expert, you will support a successful implementation of controlling within SAP4Hana project and thereafter its maintenance and enhancement in line business. Your finance/controlling business competence is estimated with >70%, vs. a remaining IT-competence of design > (build) > test > migration > cutover > get well:
o Identify new topics, receive demands, CRs and assess them.
o Ensure complete and exhaustive documentation of new technical designs or
enhanced existing technical designs.
o Act as bridge-head across all above listed phases.
o Ensure Test of new or enhanced developments.
o Ensure management and solution of defects.
o Support actively migration activities.
o Account for cutover and solve disturbances during get well.
• Steer the IT units to design the technical solutions required for the rollout and line topics.
• Build and drive Task Forces to solve critical technical issues.
• Participate, present and defend your standpoint in local and central management meetings.
• Continuously monitor, evaluate and improve progress.
• Report to product owner/project lead Controlling.
• Ensure high quality and on time production of all deliverables.
The salary for this position is from 2000 gross.
The published salary is the minimum possible offer. The starting salary may be higher depending on the extent of fulfillment of the employee's requirements (education, language skills, required practice, personality assumptions and skills).

Requirements for the employee:
Education:
University degree (Bachelor’s degree) in Business Administration / Economics / IT (ideally with focus on subject matter)
Experience:
• Several years of experience in above mentioned environments, e.g. E2E controlling area, local entity controlling/accounting in telecommunication industry.
• Understanding of controlling objects and structures in ERP systems.
• Excellent knowledge of SAP R/3 modules CO, PS.
• Good knowledge of adjacent SAP R/3 modules IM, FI.
• Advanced knowledge of SAP S/4HANA (management accounting and project system) highly expected with willingness to improve in this subject.
• Understanding of SAP4Hana's SAP standard in particular vs. SAP standard of template in general.
• Experienced in ERP-business processes and shared service.
• Experienced in international environment – project and line business.
Skills:
• Project management skills.
• Being able to revise Solution Design documentation.
• Assertiveness and persuasive power.
• High communication-, presentation- and moderation-skills.
• Self-confident appearance in critical, difficult or “political” situations.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
