Information
about the position

Deutsche Telekom Services Europe is an internal services provider of Deutsche Telekom, one of the world's leading integrated telecommunications companies.
We feel as much at home in the cosy middle of Europe, as we do in other 9 European locations. Our shared mission is to put priority on customer satisfaction, quality and innovations in the areas of finance and procurement services.
We are on our way to become the industry's top service company and we want you to be a part of the success story! Apply now and design with us the world of tomorrow.

Who we are and who we are looking for:
We are a small team in a big company, mainly adopting agile methodology. We work in cross-functional projects with customers across Europe and are ourselves situated in Slovakia, Romania, Czech Republic and Germany. We provide AI and Data Science solutions for internal customers inside Deutsche Telekom and our skills and solutions are continually in high demand. To make our projects successful, we do not need only technical skills, but also our support team of agile project managers (“AI enablers”). The AI enablers’ mission is to drive value creation by fostering agile collaboration, ensure project & team productivity, develop new use cases together with our customers and increase their AI awareness.
We are thus looking for an agile project manager who will act as a connector between our techies and the business side. Besides classical scrum master tasks, you should understand the customer’s needs, develop new use case ideas with them and make sure our projects head in the right direction. An open, proactive mindset, knowledge of agile collaboration frameworks and experience in project management are the key ingredients for success in the vacant position. Ideally you also speak good German (B2 level) and have knowledge about the telco industry, Finance and/or ML/AI topics.

Which challenges are expecting you:
•Closely cooperate with the Product Owner from the business side including your active contribution in customer workshops, meetings, and calls. The ability to explain technical points to business colleagues is a crucial part of this job, as is a consultant’s mindset
•As Scrum Master in our projects, you are managing timelines, resolving problems and coaching team members on agile methodologies
•You structure projects, identify business opportunities and requirements and act as a bridge between the business side and the software development team reflecting both perspectives
•Participate in team brainstorming sessions, organizational discussions, and support our marketing efforts
•You will develop our business together with the AIS Leadership team and have the chance to identify possible use cases for automation and data science: innovative ideas are welcome
