about the position
We are looking for student with fluent German language. Purpose of the job: Control and optimization of telephone costs
You will be responsible for:
• Execute service deliverables (acc. to process description) on an operative level in timely manner
• Following working methods and maintain records and systems
• Suggestions for process improvements in are of his/her responsibility
• Communicate with the internal / external customers on operative level
• Perform transactional controlling tasks
• Following processes in the respective business environment
• Activities in the monthly closing process
• Maintain internal standards, processes and routines based on group requirements
• Train new team members
The salary for this position is from 4 EUR gross.
The published salary is the minimum possible offer. The starting salary may be higher depending on the extent of fulfillment of the employee's requirements (education, language skills, required practice, personality assumptions and skills).
