about the position

The Process Manager is responsible for national and international support for process design and optimization.

Job description:
• Cooperate with operational teams on process analysis and identification of efficiencies
• Analyse operating data and statistics to identify opportunities, develop action plans, and implement process improvements including monitoring of the benefits to ensure quality, efficiency and improvement.
• Support implementation and monitoring of KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), as well as regular tracking and monitoring of KPIs.
• Create and cooperate on drawing work instructions and documentation.
• Participate in the development of payment allocation, collection and dunning strategies for Customer Finance across the group.
• Development and preparation of decision documents for the management.
• Take responsibility for the content of all delivery items over the entire project duration of various projects in the payment / collection & dunning environment.

The salary for this position is from 1300 EUR gross. The published salary is the minimum possible offer.
The starting salary may be higher depending on the extent of fulfillment of the employee's requirements (education, language skills, required practice, personality assumptions and skills).

Personality requirements and skills

• 2-3 years of experience in finance in a corporation.
• Good understanding of accounting, with economic and finance background.
• User experience with management information systems / reporting systems.
• Ability to understand Order-to-Cash end-to-end process (Billing, Payment, Collection & Dunning).

• Analytical, communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to understand end-to-end process.
• Detail-oriented problem-solving skills as well as being able to employ critical thinking and time management.
• Full life-cycle project management.
