Information
about the position

We are looking for Senior Process Manager, department Customer Finance.

Your responsibilities:
• Take responsibility for leading various projects in the payment / collection & dunning environment
• Support, design and monitor KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and identify unification potential across teams
• Active communication with customer, sharing ideas for improvements and convincing customer of DTSE automation initiatives and solutions
• Drive forward the automation potential and ideas of the whole service line
• Design, implement and update standardised and one-off management and customer reports
• Enhance in-depth knowledge of the invoice to cash processes, collect best practices to prepare recommendations for innovative solutions for improving operational effectiveness
• Facilitate and lead teams in operations to critically review current processes for effectiveness, quality and simplification and support them by process assessments, process design and redesign

The salary for this position is from 1450 EUR gross. The published salary is the minimum possible offer.
The starting salary may be higher depending on the extent of fulfillment of the employee's requirements (education, language skills, required practice, personality assumptions and skills).

• Strong listening, presentation, communication and influencing skills
• Ability to understand end-to-end process
• Detail-oriented problem-solveving skills as well as being able to employ leadership, critical thinking and time management
• Proven track record in project management
• Work on own intiative, bringing ideas and solutions to the table
• Understanding of quality control concepts and being creative and innovative in developing ways to improve business processes
• Experience of working with clients and managing client expectations preferred
• Understand RPA (Robotic Process Automation) potential within delegated tasks and beyond
