Department-/ Team-description:Deutsche Telekom Services Europe is the shared service of Deutsche Telekom Group and provides services for Telekom subsidiaries in the areas of Finance, Procurement and HR.
The international department “Customer & Transformation Management (CTM)” fosters customer relationship and drives transformation of DTSE to realize international Multi-Shared-Service-plans of Deutsche Telekom Group.
Within this department, the Operational Excellence (OEX)-Team - with members in different countries - steers the strategic transformation program “Nearshore and Onshore Working together as 1 (NOW1)”. This program aims on the relocation of work packages to our European target locations across boarders especially from coming Germany and fosters cross-border-collaboration. Besides that, OEX analyzes Service-Line-independent processes, derives improvement initiatives and fosters cross-functional expertise and exchange in the field Operational Excellence.
Your Tasks:
As a "Senior Project-/Process Manager" you will be responsible for the project/process management of nearshore relocations and process excellence.
The following exciting tasks await you:
▪ You advise and accompany the nearshore managers of the service lines assigned to you in the planning, control and implementation of relocation projects.
▪ You prepare and support social partner participations and ensure timely compliance with legal framework conditions and compliance requirements.
▪ You identify program risks at an early stage, identify areas for action and prepare decisions at Board level.
▪ Together with your colleagues, you further develop the nearshore transition methodology and optimize the line processes necessary for program success.
▪ You lead DTSE Europe-wide projects for service-line-independent analysis of processes and implementation of sustainable solutions for DTSE and its customers.
▪ You make an active contribution to the establishment and growth of the expert network / Community of Practice "Operational Excellence
The salary for this position is from 2000 EUR gross. The published salary is the minimum possible offer. The starting salary may be higher depending on the extent of fulfillment of the employee´s requirements (education, language skills, required practice, personality assumptions and skills).

Personality requirements and skills
Experience:
▪ 3 – 5 years professional experience as a project / process manager with responsibility for international projects / subprojects
▪ Proven knowledge in project management standards
▪ Experience in the area data privacy and security in Europe (additionally beneficial in Germany)
Experience in interaction with different management level
▪ Quick comprehension and ability to work very well in abstract circumstances, to independently analyze and structure complex tasks
▪ High sense of responsibility
▪ Distinct customer and solution orientation
▪ Strong intercultural competence, ideally experience in German working environments
Cooperative working style, social competence, excellent communication skills and team player
Language knowledge:
▪ Knowledge of German and English, (both at least B2, preferable C1)
PC skills:
▪ Very good knowledge of office applications (especially digital collaboration tools), PowerPoint and Excel
Other requirements:
▪ Expert knowledge in the following areas is advantageous: IT Compliance (e.g. compliance requirements, approval processes, etc.), Governance structure within Deutsche Telekom Group
▪ Additional Method knowledge (e.g. Process Management, agile methods, Design Thinking, etc.)
▪ Willingness to travel within the scope of projects (up to 25%)
