about the position

Communication role for projects and operational activities within RTR service line.
Supports project team in the monitoring of project progress according to agreed measures and organizational procedures. Typically requires business awareness and ability to develop relationships across the project team to facilitate collection of data and implementation of data collection methods. Contributes to regular progress reports for the project team and project sponsor/customer. May carry out project-related administration, such as scheduling tasks and producing/filing general documentation.

Job description, responsibilities and duties:
• Internal communication, creating project presentations, writing articles, maintaining intranet sites, organizing events
• Support of Planning, Coordination and running of national and international business support tasks, projects and process optimization activities
• Support of design and implementation of optimization measures regarding the entire RTR reporting value chain
• Management of interface Requests (Controlling, Supplier Management etc.)
• Organization and execution of administrative Tasks
• Work on other ad-hoc and regular requests/tasks

The salary for this position is from 900 EUR gross.
The published salary is the minimum possible offer. The starting salary may be higher depending on the extent of fulfillment of the employee's requirements (education, language skills, required practice, personality assumptions and skills).

Educational Specialization

in Economy/Accounting or Marketing

Language skills

German - Intermediate (B1) and English - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

Experience:
• At least 1 year of professional experience (experience in communication role is beneficial)
• Profound knowledge about process coordination and optimization
• Business experience with management information systems / reporting systems
• Business experience in controlling, accounting or management reporting beneficial

PC/IT skills:
• MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
