about the position

As a member of the STM leadership team, contribute to the development of the organization and business needs.

• Contribute to the success of DTAG Group including and not limiting to the nearshore/offshore initiative.
• Leading and managing the Center of Excellence Robotics team within agreed targets.
• Serving internal and external customers within DT group.
• Defining and develop robotics standards for DTSE.

Responsibility in the line organization:
• Responsibility for leading the team
• Responsibility for tasks assignments (assigned projects)
• Planning resources
• Continuously optimizing organization and processes in the team
• Ensure regular communication with project leads
• Support of business development

Responsibility for employees:
• Supporting the selection process of employees in selected team
• Development / training
• Target management (alignment project leads)
• Annual salary check
• Planning working time, leave days
• Adaptation and integration of new employees

Responsible for functional area:
• Ensure robotics operations for defined areas
• Development of new bots for internal and external customers
• Define and develop robotics standards for DTSE
• Explore and apply new technologies to extend robotics functionality
• Ensure customer satisfaction
• Define new robotics services and products
• Run and maintain the internal robotics platform

The salary for this position is from 2400 EUR gross.
The published salary is the minimum possible offer. The starting salary may be higher depending on the extent of fulfillment of the employee's requirements (education, language skills, required practice, personality assumptions and skills).
