Job description, responsibilities and duties

Our international DTSE Chance & Risk Management team is looking for energetic and detail oriented candidates. We will give you the opportunity to join the fast paced European team in Bratislava.

Your tasks will be:
• Setup, Implementation, Optimization of Chance & Risk Management in Bratislava
• Support local management within Chance & Risk Management procedures
• Monitoring of deviations and escalations
• Analysis of processes and identification of optimization opportunities
• Communication/ training of the Chance & Risk Management processes
• Analysis of Chance & Risk potential of processes, projects and organizations
• Execute regular update of defined chances, risks, measures
• Escalation of performance items/ issues, non-progress of tasks or non-progress of measures
• Evaluation of defined Chances & Risks and push for adequate measures
• Acting as a counterpart & sparring partner for Stakeholder & Management team
• Identifying and implementation of quality improvement measures
• Consolidation of planning inputs, reporting inputs, Chance & risk management inputs to current project status
• Preparation, organization, operation and documentation of: Chance & Risk analysis , Business Reviews
• Acting as a counterpart & sparring partner for Stakeholder & Management team, Project manager

The salary for this position is from 1800 EUR gross.
The published salary is the minimum possible offer. The starting salary may be higher depending on the extent of fulfillment of the employee's requirements (education, language skills, required practice, personality assumptions and skills).

Personality requirements and skills

• Fluent English
• Around 3 -5 years’ experience in the field of Finance, HR and /or Procurement from an international company, ideally experience in an international Shared Service Center environment
• Self- motivated with ability to work independently and also in a team environment
• Experience in Chance and Risk assessment & management
• You think end-to-end and search for root-causes and feasible solutions
• High experience in MS Office
• You are not afraid to speak up and push for the right solution
• Willingness to travel
• Enthusiasm for international environment and occasional travelling within Europe
• Reliable, pro-active, diplomatic and positive personality
