Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Operative processing of supply and service agreements for products and services for defined material groups (requesting of operational and technical specification for supply and service agreements; requesting, evaluation, coordination and negotiation of offers; preparing/making award decisions)
• Verifying BANF/shopping carts, creating purchase orders, changing purchase orders, clarifying invoices
• Supplier qualification, acquisition and onboarding to secure the fulfillment of requests
• Developing and agreeing measures to steer and evaluate suppliers and collaborate with them
• Providing, analyzing and communication of information about key markets and core suppliers
• Consulting internal customers in procurement issues
• Collecting agreement violations and being responsible for the clarification
• Making suggestions for the automation of procurement processes and supporting these projects
• Occasional support of sub-projects (temporary tasks with exceptional character)

The salary for this position is from 1200 EUR gross.
The published salary is the minimum possible offer. The starting salary may be higher depending on the extent of fulfillment of the employee's requirements (education, language skills, required practice, personality assumptions and skills).

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

German - Advanced (C1) and English - Intermediate (B1)

Personality requirements and skills

• Experience in purchasing products and services (networks, engineering & construction)
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to comprehend and carry out operative processes und procurement specific requirements
• Good knowledge of enterprise resource planning and SAP
• Very good knowledge of German and English language
• Good knowledge of standard software and MS office
• Costumer-oriented as well as strategic thinking and acting
• Ability to communicate and work in teams, high resilience and result-orientation
• Readiness to travel
• Flexibility
