Job description, responsibilities and duties

As member of the international process management team of DTSE Slovakia you will be responsible for the implementation and management of cross-border procure-to-pay projects. In this regard, you will face the following interesting tasks and challenges:

• Support of the PTP Global Process Owner for process optimizations in the PTP area
• Analysis of processes and identification of optimization opportunities in the PTP area
• Evaluation and realisation of process and IT improvements to ensure cost reduction and increase of efficiency and/or quality in the PTP area
• Leading of medium and complex projects in the PTP area
• Implementation and monitoring of Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
• Development of concepts as basis for the realisation of IT improvements
• Development of training material and conduction of in-house-trainings for staff

The salary for this position is from 1400 EUR gross.
The published salary is the minimum possible offer. The starting salary may be higher depending on the extent of fulfillment of the employee's requirements (education, language skills, required practice, personality assumptions and skills).

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

German - Advanced (C1) and English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Required experience

Personality requirements and skills

• Technical know-how on procurement, accounting and/or finance issues and corresponding processes (Ideally experience with shared services)
• Practical experience in the design and implementation of process improvements
• Knowledge of current project management methodologies
• Experience as project leader or project manager; experience in international projects is beneficial
• Previous experience in consultancy and / or in the finance area of an industrial company is beneficial - an audit background is also appreciated

• Knowledge of German and English, both at least level B2
• Experience with SAP/Modules MM/FI – advantage
• Willingness to travel within the scope of projects (up to 20%), mostly to Germany
