about the position

Responsible for managing Compliance, Security, Data Privacy and Internal Control System (ICS) within DTSE Slovakia.

• Sustainable enhancement of Compliance Services, Security, Data Privacy and Internal Control System (ICS) in DTSE Slovakia including effectiveness and efficiency of controls for DTSE and its customers
• Counterpart of local function owners in DTSE related to ICS processes and controls
• Relationship management with Group ICS Management, Group experts and customers of DTSE
• Lead and integration of international project teams related to Compliance, Security and ICS topics
• Providing reports on a regular basis as requested, to keep the Group management and local management informed of the operation and progress of CSI efforts
• Developing, maintaining, revising and implementing policies in area of Compliance, Data privacy, Security and ICS
• Overseeing and ensuring delivery of Compliance, Data privacy, Security and Internal control trainings to all respective employees
• Acting as an independent review and evaluation body to ensure that compliance issues within the organization are being appropriately evaluated, investigated and resolved
• Implementing and monitoring risk assessment in area of Compliance, Security, Data privacy, Internal control system and conducts related ongoing monitoring and preventive activities
• Maintaining an effective communication program for the organization of Data privacy, Compliance, Security and Internal Control Systems topics – newsletter, intranet articles, email communication, web page maintenance
• Contact person for external and internal auditors regarding audits in area of CSI
• Cooperating with data protection and other state authorities
• Proactively identifying improvement opportunities and ensuring their implementation
• Providing continuous improvements of the system in order to ensure the effectiveness of the system/processes in specified area and the prevention of non-conformity or non-compliance
• Disciplinary lead of ICS Management Team including all HR-related tasks
