Purpose of the job: Supports the management function with a focus on Compliance, Data Protection, Data Security, Internal Controls regarding Privacy and Security area
Job description, responsibilities and duties:
• Ensuring compliance of corporate policies and procedures in company
• Development and implementation of new corporate policies, processes and procedures within company
• Identifying and assessing Risks within the company
• Providing support and cooperation to local and international project teams in area of Data Protection and Data Security
• Supporting company documentation in the area of Data Protection and Data Security
• Ensuring compliance of corporate policies with local legislative requirements in area of Data Protection (GDPR) and Data Security
• Responsibility for Internal Control related to Privacy and Security area
• Communication towards board management
• Evaluation of effectiveness of internal controls in ICS tool related to security and privacy
• Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency of processes
• Propose solutions for identified Compliance Risks within the company
• Supervising the compliance of national data protection law (GDPR) in the company and provide data protection trainings to selected employees
• Implementation and compliance with the Data Privacy regulation in company
• Support and development of the Data Privacy strategy for the company
• Reporting Data Privacy/Security issues on a regular basis (quarterly reporting to management)
• Preparation of security maturity report, documentation of information security management system (ISMS)
• Coordinate the processes of cooperation and agreement in all issues regarding Data Protection
The salary for this position is from 1300 EUR gross.
