Purpose of the job:
Takeover operative responsibility in key functions within team

Job description, responsibilities and duties:
• Takeover operative responsibility and have the authorization to decide on certain topics
• Be able to identify, address and resolve all deficiencies in service quality
• Solve operative and technical problems and work on solutions
• Coordinate daily responsibilities within team based on daily agenda
• Prepare KPI reporting
• Process customer inquiries and requests
• SPOC for escalations (1.and 2. level support for escalations)
• Coordinate month-end closing activities
• Mail and call communication with customers as 2nd level support
• Support other projects and transition
• Perform ICS controls
• Work on other ad-hoc and regular requests/ tasks

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Educational Specialization

in Economy/Accounting

Language skills

Hungarian - Upper intermediate (B2) and English - Intermediate (B1)

Other knowledge

Microsoft Excel - advanced
Microsoft Word - advanced
Microsoft PowerPoint - advanced
SAP - advanced
