Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Collect, prepare, investigate and summarize relevant project information to support transition of work from onshore to nearshore
• Coordinate the information flow/administrate data to ensure transparent exchange between parties in order to uphold customer satisfaction and mutual clarity
• Monitor and control the project execution in line with the project plan
• Identify and manage relevant project risks, in line with procedures and guidelines and in cooperation with the steering committee.
• Deliver project-results in line with internal and external customer requirements and project planning, ensure transfer to customer organization and evaluate project execution and results in cooperation with the sponsor
• Define, plan, manage and coordinate assigned projects or processes, lead and coach team members and ensure execution and delivery, to ensure realization of deliverables.
• Work on other ad-hoc and regular requests/tasks

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

Project Methodology (PMI, Prince2, other) know how
Customer Finance (account receivable/billing) process knowledge
German language - advantage
Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
Adaptable/flexible, analytical mind, problem solver, stress resistant, team player
Willing to travel abroad (50+%)
Good interpersonal skills
Ability to plan and organize work
Structured and independent work approach and analytical skills
Ability to work under pressure
