One.ERP is a strategic business and IT transformation program within Deutsche Telekom AG. It creates an efficient and agile Enterprise Resource Planning System based on standardized data models, business processes and IT for the entire company.

Purpose of the job:
As a member of the international process management team (Focus: Inventory taking) of DTSE Team process management Inventory Taking you are supporting the implementation process of cross-border accounting projects.

• Heading or supporting projects of medium/high complexity.
• Analysis of processes and identification of optimization opportunities regarding efficiency and quality – with focus on inventory, serialization and inventory-audit of non-technical materials
• As a member of the One.ERP project you will support the design, implementation and Roll-Out of the international plant maintenance module for group Deutsche Telekom
• Taking the responsibility for detailed designs describing the business-requirements on IT-solutions - Transfer of business requirements into IT demands in close cooperation with IT
• Supporting the design, implementation and monitoring of Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
• Assessments and analysis of local requirements in close cooperation with international partners in the group and business experts of the global process owners
• Development of a common standardized template solution with focus on acquisition, administration and disposal of equipment, definition of workflows and Interface requirements
• Development of training and test-material, support of test-phase during implementation and conduction of in-house-trainings for staff before go-live
• Regular communication of project status with the heads of departments and the overall project leader

Experience:
• At least 3 years of working experience in international Plant maintenance area (business process knowledge; technical configuration/customizing is advantage) and experience in general project management – preferably on SAP ERP projects
• Experience and deep knowledge in SAP Module PM – and ideally also FI/FI-AA/CO
• Excellent MS Office skills (Power Point, Excel)
• Experience in transactional accounting
• Practical experience in the design, standardization and implementation of processes and process improvements
• Experience as a project leader or project manager; experience in international projects
• Proven know-how on accounting and/or finance processes in the area of SAP
• Experience with international shared services
• Previous experience in consultancy and / or in the finance area of an industrial company
• Solid skills in project management (knowledge of project management best practices and methodology) and conflict resolution in an intercultural project environment
• Presentation skills
• Fluent English language
• German language would be a plus
