(Procure to Pay Process Manager)

We are currently looking for a candidate with minimum 2-3 years of experience with lifecycle process in the role of SRM/MM functional consultant.

Your responsibilities and tasks will include:
- Procurement process analysis, identification of optimization opportunities and their impact on end-to-end process while ensuring adherence to group template and guidelines.

- End to end rollout projects support as functional consultant incl. fit-gap analysis, cross-functional and cross-department alignment of solution proposals, testing scope definition and training documentation update, cut-over and post-go live support
- Support of roll-in projects in order to enlarge the scope of services provided by the shared service centre ensuring smooth activity transition and go-live
- P2P process efficiency analysis, identification and realization of optimization measures
- Ensuring adherence to P2P guidelines and process templates defined on group level
- Development of training material and conduction of in-house-trainings

The salary for this position is from 1400 EUR gross.
The published salary is the minimum possible offer. The starting salary may be higher depending on the extent of fulfillment of the employee's requirements (education, language skills, required practice, personality assumptions and skills).

Personality requirements and skills

- Practical experience in the design and implementation of process improvements
- Project manager experience on international projects and/or project management certification is an advantage
- Shared services experience is an advantage
- Knowledge of SAP-MM transaction codes and SRM application (other SAP modules are a plus)
Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of procurement processes
- Understanding of end-to-end P2P processes
- Ability to understand technical documentation
- Dynamic, flexible and self-driven working approach
- Flexibility to travel nationally and internationally
