Job description, responsibilities and duties

The team Process Guidance & Documents (PGD) is responsible for the definition of the methodology used for process design and documentation.
The PGD team designs automatic, standardized and supportive processes.

Purpose of the job:

• Technical support of our customers by telephone, remote maintenance
• Conception and implementation of customer-specific IT solutions
• Support for commissioning and maintenance of server and client environments
• Continuous further development of the IT solutions of our customers
• Quality assurance of business processes and system workflows

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

• You have completed an IT-related apprenticeship or can demonstrate the appropriate competencies
• You have experience in virtualization, client and server administration
• You are familiar with topics such as DNS, DHCP, TCP / IP, LAN, firewall
• You can use programming languages such as Java and Java Script
• You’re able to getting yourself quickly worked in new topics. You pick up innovations actively.
• Own initiative, high reliability and a solution-oriented working method complete your profile
• Knowledge of ARIS Platform from the Software AG is an advantage
