about the position

Part of planning and reporting team is responsible for:

• Tracking and improvement of internal reporting tools necessary for managing of the program and project team
• Design of templates and documents for project teams and their automation
• Consolidation of progress data for program management purposes (automated processing of XLS reports and PPT reports)
• Input data analysis (input consolidation, dependency validation, failure and result reports, deviation monitoring)
• Collaboration on upgrading of actual used reporting tool
• Collaboration when designing an application solution and detailed functional and technical specifications
• Collaboration to support users
• Processing of standardized technical documentation
