Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for new colleagues to join our PTP (Procure to Pay) team on the position of PTP Administrator with focus on Procurement and with Greek language. You will:
• Create purchase orders and processes order confirmations
• Perform purchase order changes and deletions
• Process MM and FI invoices in SAP workflow
• Perform other procurement tasks assigned by superior
• Ensure conformity with compliance rules and performs ICS controls
• Any other tasks assigned by superior

The salary for this position is from 1 029 gross.
The published salary is the minimum possible offer. The starting salary may be higher depending on the extent of fulfillment of the employee's requirements (education, language skills, required practice, personality assumptions and skills).

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University student
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

Greek - Upper intermediate (B2) and English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

• active Greek and Slovak, or active Greek and English language is a must
• Experience from Procurement or Customer service is advantage
• Good interpersonal skills
• Ability to plan and organize work
• Structured and independent work approach and strong analytical skills
• Adaptabiliy and flexibiliy
