Job description, responsibilities and duties

Provides Procurement-related services with a focus on administration within Global operation procurement organization:

• Takes on and performs simple tasks in the area of global operation procurement
• Independent and autonomous performance of tasks.
• Monitoring/administration of the procurement related process.
• Creates purchase orders properly and within agreed time
• Ensures relevant structure and classification of purchase orders
• Executes check of non-matching incoming invoices with purchase orders
• Prepares propered and completed data for purchasing systems (Master Data)
• Discussion of deadlines with suppliers.
• Administrates assignments to external services providers / suppliers.
• Preliminary work/support for experienced procurement agents and other customers or stakeholders
• Ensures conformity with compliance rules.
• Provides services within 1st level support and interfaces to 2nd level support
• Knowledge of Corporate procurement policy and practices
• Works with internal IT systems and applications
• Overview and reporting preparation related to performed tasks based on requests
• Proper communication with internal customers, suppliers and other

The salary for this position is from 1029 EUR gross.
The published salary is the minimum possible offer. The starting salary may be higher depending on the extent of fulfillment of the employee's requirements (education, language skills, required practice, personality assumptions and skills).
