Job description, responsibilities and duties
Detailed job description, responsibilities:
- active searching of candidates via LinkedIn, Profesia and other recruiting channels
- pro-actively contacting potential candidates via mail and phone as well as other online communication tools like Ms Teams, Webex, etc.
- creating and actively sending in-mails
- actively participating on creation of job advertisements (campaigns) and posting on Linkedin
- providing administration work related to recruitment.
- cooperating closely with the hiring managers
- updating candidates in pipeline, regularly sharing status with hiring managers
Possible also to work from home, but we need to train you at our office at the beginning.
