Job description, responsibilities and duties

Key Performance Indicators / Key responsibilities and deliverables (e.g. budget, revenue, EBITDA, etc.):
KPIs / Key deliverables:
  • HR administration support
  • Travel documents administration
  • Supporting activities of HR team
  • Preparation of reports and presentations
  •  Detailed job description, responsibilities:assure entering data in the relevant information systems and applications
  • processing data necessary for personnel administration during the employee life cycle
  • providing supporting activities within Recruitment process
  • support for keeping the relevant documents and arranging for their archiving in compliance with the applicable legislation
  • support and helps with meal vouchers and benefits administration
  • support for the travel process - processing and settling business travels and
  • administering reimbursement of travel & accommodation costs in accordance with the applicable legislation
  • providing any operative HR related tasks and activities

Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards

5 EUR/per hour

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University student

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and Slovak - Proficiency (C2)

Education:
  • Daily student at University (with interest for Human resources area)
  • Professional knowledge, skills, know-how in the field & experience in the field:Experience in field of activity:not necessary

Brief description of the company

Deutsche Telekom Pan-Net, s.r.o. - established within Pan IP program is a company which will pilot and manage the whole pan-European Network. From Bratislava, this company will be the first point of contact regarding all overarching matters of the national companies with respect to the pan-European Network.
Being the key entry gate for requirements towards Pan-Net portfolio, we will manage a common service production catalogue, establish new processes and operating models, combining assets and resources to create services for the national companies.
To achieve all this we are building a new, cross-functional and truly international team.
