Job description, responsibilities and duties

Key Performance Indicators / Key responsibilities and deliverables (e.g. budget, revenue, EBITDA, etc.):
  • Support legal, regulatory and contract management activities for the DT Pan-Net Entities and coordinate data privacy related topics and tasks
  •  Detailed job description, responsibilities:Data Privacy related tasks:Educating the employees of the Pan-Net entities on important legal and data privacy requirements
  • Monitoring performance and providing advice on the impact of data protection efforts
  • Preparation of the internal documentation related to the protection of personal data in line with GDPR, local legislation and DT group requirements,
  • Setting of contractual relations of the company
  • Maintaining comprehensive records of all data processing activities, as per the legal requirements
  • Interfacing with data subjects to inform them about how their data is being used, their rights to have their personal data erased, and what measures the company has put in place to protect their personal information
  • Conducting audits to ensure compliance and address potential issues proactively
  • Serving as the point of contact between Pan-Net entities and GDPR Supervisory Authorities in the respective country
  • Contract Management and legal related tasks:Responsible for preparation, coordination, alignment, and checking from legal point of view of all contracts and contractual related documents, including but not limited to procurement and non-procurement contracts, revenue-related contracts, license agreements, customer facing arrangements, non-disclosure agreements, commissioned data processing agreements and other agreements signed by DT Europe Holding and/or DT Pan-Net entities
  • Manage and administer the contracts
  • Take active participation in negotiations with the customers/vendors in the legal matters
  • Providing support and cooperation with the local Pan-Net Companies and within the PanIP Project
  • Provide legal support on a wide range of commercial, corporate, regulatory, administrative matters as well as on international issues
  • Be involved in specific projects and take responsibility for specific assignments
  • Other tasks assigned by the superior

University education (Bachelor's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

Education:
  • University degree in law required;
  •  Professional knowledge, skills, know-kow in the field & experience in the field:5 years of professional experience, with a substantial focus on legal and business afairs, contract management and technical aspects in the contracts
  • Experience in delivering projects with multiple stakeholders;
  •  Language skills:English language - fluent (excellent verbal and written communication skills);
  • Knowledge of other EU working languages would be an asset;
  •  Managerial skills / competences:Ideally possesses experience in participating in international projects;
  • Excellent judgement and organisation skills;
  •  Interpersonal, communication skills:Excellent communication skills, resourcefulness and initiative;
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills;
  • Ability to handle confidential and highly sensitive information;
  • Strong negotiation, advocacy and interpersonal skills;
